The time it takes to receive a custom order varies on the complexity of the design. I take great pride in my creations so I don't rush orders.  The  finished gift for yourself or that special someone, is just as important as a gift to myself or to one of my loved ones!  

Avoid dissapointment and don't delay to start your enquires now.

There are very few surfaces that can't be painted on or repurposed to make into something new.  You tell me what you want and leave the 'how to' to me. If I can't do it  (there are limits with  some large  or heavy items) then I will be honest about that.  Most surfaces will be supplied by you.  Example, If you want a milk jug painted or cupboard doors, etc. 

Some surfaces that can be used, but not limited to, are:

• wood pieces 
• t.v trays
• rocks
• dresser drawers, cupboards
• fabric creations
• milk cans
• saw blades
• chairs and or stools
• mirror frames
• water bottles
• painting on fabric or sublimation 

Your happiness with the finished product is my ultimate goal! However, on custom orders there are no returns as the gift is important to whom you are purchasing it for which makes it a one-of-a-kind gift. 

It is important for my creativity to hear why the gift is important to who you are wanting it for.  Before proceeding we will have a completed summary of your request to ensure everything is agreed upon in writing prior to beginning the project such as material(s) used, due date, pricing, (shipping extra), and the no return policy.  I will collect 50% down via cash or e-transfer.  I will also be in touch mid way to make sure we both continue to be on the same page. Balance of payment is collected prior to shipping or at time of pick up.
